NICOP - Applying through NADRA Swift Registration Centre (NSRC)

Important Announcement for NADRA Applicants:

Applicants planning to visit NADRA offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Bradford need to book an appointment prior to their visit for processing of NICOP applications and other NADRA services. NADRA staff will not be able to serve the walk-in applicants without appointment. Click the following link for further information:

NADRA appointments

The NADRA Swift Registration Centres operate on the principal of live data capturing and require applicants' presence with their CNIC/old NIC/ and other related documentation to process the NICOP application.

At NSRC the applicants' data entry, photo, signature and thumb impression capturing are done by trained NADRA staff using latest technology.

Personal appearance of all the applicants is compulsory to apply for NICOP via NSRC. Applicants do not need any application forms, photographs or photocopies to process their application. Only original documents will be required.

Applicants applying for NICOP at NADRA offices in LONDON, BIRMINGHAM, BRADFORD and MANCHESTER need to BOOK AN APPOINTMENT before visiting for thier application processing. No appointment is required at other NADRA offices. Applicants will be entertained on first come first served basis during application processing time.

Processing Time and Delivery of your NICOP

Fast Track

Approximate processing time of a NICOP application is two to three weeks. However delivery can be delayed due to incomplete/invalid information or verification problems.

Normal

Approximate processing time of a NICOP application is six to eight weeks. However delivery can be delayed due to incomplete/invalid information or verification problems.

You will receive your new NICOP by post (recorded delivery or by DHL) at your UK home address, mentioned in the NICOP application form.

 

What if you don’t receive your NICOP with in delivery time?

You can track the progress of your application by calling* at NADRA headquarters Islamabad at +92 51 111 786 100. Please provide your 10 digit Application Tracking ID located on the computer generated token receipt for your inquiry. Format of your application tracking number** is as following:

  • NSRC London: 5035010001
  • NSRC Birmingham: 5032010001
  • NSRC Manchester: 5032110001

Notes:

NICOP applications processed through NADRA Swift Registration Centres (NSRC) cannot be tracked via NADRA website.
