Bids are invited from reputable and experienced companies for the hiring of the services for the following projects.

1. MULTIPLE REPAIR WORKS REQUIRED IN VARIOUS PROPERTIES OWNED BY THE HIGH COMMISSION OF PAKISTAN;

1. UPGRADATION OF EXISTING LIFT IN OFFICIAL BUILDING;

1. SERVICES REQUIRED FOR THE PEST CONTROL TREATMENT AT OFFICIAL AND RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS;

1. INSTALLATION OF WATER COOLERS IN OFFICIAL BUILDINGS FOR VISITOR.

The interested companies may obtain scope of work from the official website of the High Commission for Pakistan, London (www.phclondon.org) or through email using following contact details and can inspect the premises through appointments only till 4 November 2026.

Companies Technical and financial bids must be received for all projects in single sealed envelopes along with company profile on following address by 5 November 2026 (1000 hrs):

The bids will be opened at the High Commission for Pakistan at 1200 hrs on 5 November 2026 in the presence of the representatives of the bidding companies who choose to attend.

The decision taken by Pakistan High Commission regarding the award of contract will be final and cannot be challenged.
