IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The deadline for registration of a power of Attorney attested by the High Commission for Pakistan, London or its Sub-Missions, at Manchester, Birmingham, Bradford and Glasgow, from the concerned Assistant Commissioner/Additional Collector/Sub-Registrar etc. meant for attorney/nominee in Pakistan is: four months.

Prerequisite for documents originating from Pakistan

All documents originating from Pakistan first need to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or one of its Camp Offices prior to Attestation / Legalisation from the High Commission for Pakistan, London.

Prerequisite for official / public documents originating from the UK OR documents of British nationals

All official / public documents originating from UK OR documents of British nationals first need to be attested from Legalisation department of the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO)
